Outside Delivery Hours Service
Tlapazola Event Rentals offers early-morning delivery, late-night pickup, and same-day pickup for events throughout the South Bay, Long Beach, and greater Los Angeles. Delivery or pickup before 8:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. must be arranged in advance and depends on crew availability.
Share your venue’s access requirements and event schedule so we can confirm an arrival window and include the applicable Service charges on your quote. Setup and breakdown are separate Services unless expressly included on your accepted order.
After-Hours Delivery & Pickup Rates
Our outside delivery hours service is based on distance and the total value of your order. These charges reflect the additional time, coordination, and effort required to execute timely setups and breakdowns, especially when same-day pickup is involved.
Orders Under $1,000
- 0–5 miles: $150
- 6–10 miles: $250
- 11–20 miles: $350
- 21–30 miles: $450
- 31–40 miles: $550
- 41–50 miles: $650
Orders Over $1,000
- 0–5 miles: $350
- 6–10 miles: $450
- 11–20 miles: $550
- 21–30 miles: $650
- 31–40 miles: $750
- 41–50 miles: $850
