The LA Student Run Marathon is an inspiring event that brings together young runners from across Los Angeles. Since 2022, Tlapazola Event Rentals has proudly partnered with this incredible event as the main supplier of tent rentals, tables, and chairs. As a result, every participant and organizer can enjoy a seamless and memorable experience.
A growing partnership build on reliability
Our layouts for setups at Beverly High School have evolved each year, adapting to factors such as weather and the growing scale of the event. For example, we continuously learn from past experiences to enhance efficiency, organization, and the overall experience for student runners and organizers.
In 2022, our inaugural setup served as the foundation for our future success. Since then, we’ve applied new techniques and used innovative equipment like high-quality tent rentals to improve the event’s flow and comfort. Moreover, each year brings fresh opportunities to deliver better results.
Each year, we apply new techniques and utilize innovative equipment to enhance the experience, ensuring our setups are efficient, organized, and tailored to the needs of the students and organizers.
Our Role in the Marathon
This year, we worked closely with Aurora, the event planner, to design and execute a layout that kept the student runners organized, safe, and comfortable. Here’s what we provided:
Resting Area:
We set up three spacious 30×120 feet tent (each created with two 30x60ft High Peak Tent) on the main grass field. As a result, runners had a shaded space to relax and reconnect with their schools or running teams, thanks to our reliable tent rental service.
Eating Area:
Another 30×120 feet tent (created with 2 orders of the 30x60ft High Peak Tent) served as the dining area. This space featured wooden tables and white folding chairs, provided as part of our comprehensive event and tent rental solutions.
Merch Pickup Area:
- We used 40 Black Stanchions with belt.
- Additionally, we combined two tents – a 30ft by 30ft Tent and 30ft by 40ft Tent to create a corridor for gift distribution.
- To improve the experience even further, we added a 30ft by 30ft tent at the end to form an L-shaped walkhthrough, ensuring smoother navigation.
- Our dependable tent rental options made these setups stress-free and functional.
A 30×70 feet tent housed the gift distribution area, with black stanchions guiding students through the process. This year for the first time we also used our crowd control black belt stanchion. It definitely helped runners follow the appropriate lines.
Additional Tent Rentals:
Our setup also included a 30×90 feet tent for bag pickups, a 10×20 tent for the DJ, and another 10×20 tent for medical support. In addition, EZ pop-up canopies provided shaded spaces for check-in stations. These additions highlight our versatility in providing tent rental options for diverse needs.
