Job Description

As a Front Desk Event Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing our front desk operations on a daily basis. You will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support while delivering outstanding customer service to our clients. Your role will involve greeting guests, handling phone calls, coordinating front-desk activities, and assisting with various office tasks. This position requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.

  • Proficiency in Office Suite programs (spreadsheets, power points, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers, tablets)

Objectives of the Role

  • Represent the company’s products and services with in-depth knowledge and expertise
  • Generate customer leads and build relationships through daily outreach efforts and follow-ups
  • Develop and refine sales techniques based on customer interactions and feedback


  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary supplies
  • Provide accurate information to guests in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Assist with invoicing and billing processes
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Monitor and replenish front office supplies, keeping track of inventory
  • Update calendars and schedule events promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain organized records of office expenses and costs
  • Perform additional clerical duties as needed, including filing, photocopying, and billing follow-ups
